Our weekly auctions regularly feature modern and classic vehicles consigned from private vendors, solicitors or due to insolvency or business fleet reorganisation.
Please bring with you any and all keys, V5s and other documents relevant to the vehicle along with a record of any aftermarket or insurable alterations.
If there is any outstanding recalls on the vehicle, it must be resolved via your manufacturer dealership prior to being brought to us. You can check for recalls online here.
You will need to fill out a vehicle entry form with all the vehicles details. You can do this when you on arrival or ahead of time by completing the digital version found here, and then printing a copy to bring with you.
If you have not already registered with us in person, you will also need to do so on arrival. To expedite this process you can pre-fill and print the form, found here.
Please ensure you bring some address ID such as a driving licence or utility bill.
Detailed terms and conditions relating to vehicles are found on the entry form.
We charge an up-front vehicle entry fee of £50 (+VAT) which is payable by cash or debit card.
If you require a reserve, this must be agreed beforehand at the point of entry. If the reserve exceeds £5,000, you will be subject to an alternative vehicle entry fee of 1% (+VAT) of the reserve price set.
On successful sale of the vehicle, a commission of 10% (+VAT) will be charged on the hammer price achieved.
If no current V5 is available at the point of entry, there will be an additional charge of £30 (+VAT) charged in order to acquire a replacement V5 from DVLA on your behalf.
(It is possible to do this process yourself for less prior to bringing in your vehicle by submitting a form V62 directly to DVLA).
If you are registering for the first time this will also cost a one-off amount of £10.
Once a vehicle has sold, the proceeds are held for a week to allow the buyer time to assess any undeclared faults. After this time the funds will be made available to you via cash or bank transfer as selected when registering.
If collecting cash, ensure you bring proof of address ID such as your driving license or utility bill.
